Coffee and Milk B&B lies in Maria Pia area, closed to the homonymous Beach and pinewood. Thanks to its baricentrical position, the striking historical centre, the Barcelona Promenade, the beautiful beaches, supermarkets, post office, banks and the bus stops are walking distance from the Bed and Breakfast. The Harbour and the Airport are easily reached even with public transports. And you need just few minutes in your car (without crossing the town centre) to get to Capo Caccia, Porto Conte and Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni and Tramariglio beaches. Guests have, in a suite, two double or twin bedroom with air conditioning system (no limits in using it!), so that rooms are fresh during summer and warm in winter. Room are also equipped with double glazing windows, earth digital TVs, breakfast launge, entry to a patio with panoramic view. Both of the room have the ensuite bathroom.

What distinguishes us from other B&B is also our huge breakfast (included in the price): this is a rich buffet in a nice breakfast lounge: we will serve breakfast every morning. Breakfast includes fresh milk (local production), coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, marmalade, honey, brioches, milk shake, cioccolate, toasts, sandwiches. We serve also tipical sardinian food like sebadas and pastries
